The Capital Region Chapter of the Association for Talent Development is currently looking for volunteers to participate on committees for 2022!

Our committees are vital to planning and executing initiatives that bring value to our members. Below you will find the following committees and a brief description:

• Programs: Identify topics and speakers for our monthly events
• Conference: Plan and coordinate the annual Talent Development Conference
• Membership: Engage with new, current, and potential members on what our chapter has to offer
• Marketing: Develop communications for events, membership outreach, programming, and more
