Ask the Experts-Effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategies for Learning Professionals Panel Discussion

Join CRATD and the Metro & Eastern NY Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) for a round table discussion on how learning and development intersects with change management and how implementing an effective change management strategy can support organizational goals. During this session you will hear from experts in the field and have an opportunity to pose questions to them about such topics as the ROI of change management, the cross section between change management and learning and development, and how to get started building an OCM strategy.

The panel discussion will be facilitated by Piper Novicki, and will feature experts, including:
